Processing step

1. Cleaning: Soak fresh raspberries in dilute brine, rinse them with purified water, and drain them quickly under cold air ventilation;

2. Pre-lyophilization: the drained fruit body and root are placed in the freezer at -35~-30℃ for 1~3h to freeze basically, and are initially crushed into blocks, and then transferred to the vacuum dryer at -0.090~-0.080MPa for 2~4h to dehydrate;

3. Coarse crushing: the preliminary freeze-dried fruit fragments and fruit stalk fragments are coarse crushed respectively to make coarse powder of 1~3mm. During the crushing process, the ambient temperature is kept below 20℃ and the humidity below 30%;

4. Relyophilization: the crushed coarse fruit powder and root powder are frozen in the freezer at -45~-40℃ for 2~4h to freeze completely, and then transferred to the vacuum dryer at -0.095~-0.085MPa for 4~8h to dehydrate;

5. Ultramicro grinding: air flow ultramicro grinding machine will be used to relyophilized fruit coarse powder and fruit root coarse powder for ultramicro grinding, particle size of about 12~80μm, keep the ambient temperature below 20℃, humidity below 30% during the grinding process;

6. Mixing: the fruit powder and root powder after ultramicro grinding are evenly mixed according to a certain weight ratio;

Packaging: The mixed freeze-dried raspberry powder and hygroscopic agent are bagged together, then pumped and sealed for storage.
