Through the Sodium salt process, Bulk Phosphatidylserine can be made completely water-soluble, making it more widely used and easier to absorb. It can also be directly applied to solid beverages.

We use the super extraction process to produce liquid PS, through which the solvent PS is extracted directly into the carrier, guaranteeing good liquid flowability.

Bulk phosphatidylserine powder is invented by using liquid actinomycete GJ, which mainly includes the following steps: mixing natural soybean lecithin with L-serine, sodium acetate, buffer solution and liquid actinomycete GJ, and stirring at 40-43 ℃ for 16-20 hours. The thin layer tracking starts at 16 hours after the reaction, until the reaction is complete. And the reaction product is obviously separated from the liquid. Add organic solvent for extraction, stir for half an hour, and stand for 1 hour for separation. Concentrate and recover the organic solvent, vacuum for half an hour after the thick paste, make the organic solvent in the extract completely free. Then add absolute ethanol to disperse, stir and centrifuge. The filter cake after centrifugal filtration is vacuum dried to obtain phosphatidylserine product. The invention has the advantages that the liquid actinomycete GJ is used, which can reduce the cost of the enzyme by more than 70%. In general, the whole process is simple. The reaction time is short. The production cycle is small. The cost is low. The product yield is high. Pure phosphatidylserine appearance is good, and the content is high.

3. Solution preparation

3.1 Standard preparation:

Weigh accurately about 10mg of PC and 10mg of Bulk Phosphatidylserine in 25ml volumetric flask, dissolve and make up the volume with n-hexane: isopropyl alcohol(80:20,V/V),constant volume,get the Standard I, Draw accurately about 5ml Standard I in 10ml volumetric flask,constant volume, get the Standard II.

3.2 Sample preparation:

Weigh accurately about 10mg of test sample in 25ml volumetric flask,dissolve and make up the volume with n-hexane: isopropyl alcohol(80:20,V/V),diluting to volume with n-hexane: isopropyl alcohol.

4. Procedure

In the above chromatography conditions, After the baseline smoothly, inject the Standard I 3 times, peak area relative standard deviation (RSD)<3.0%.Then in the following order into the sample determination:Standard I- sample solution-Standard II- sample solution -Standard I, The retention time of PC is about 10 min, The retention time of Bulk Phosphatidylserine is about 14 min.

5. Calculation

Using external standard two point method logarithmic equation calculation content.

With the reference substance solution 1 and 2 reference substance solution peak area, the abscissa denotes the logarithm, Reference substance concentration logarithm to establish standards for the vertical curve equation:lgY=a lgX+b,R>0.999,a is the Coefficient,b is the intercept. Sample of the peak area into the equation of the concentration of PS Y of the sample drawn.
