Product Introduction:

Raw Material Phosphatidylserine's extraction source is the residue of sunflower seed oil extraction. Its process is the same as that of soybean, only the source is different. A large number of scientific experiments have proved that sunflower seed PS has specific effects on the brain, especially in patients with ARCD (age-related cognitive decline) and AAMI (age-related memory impairment), because it cannot synthesize sufficient amounts of PS by itself. Standard Test Procedure:

Pure Phosphatidylserine is mainly used in Food industry.  

● Solid food: Generally speaking, PS addition is relatively stable in solid food, such as fortified choline oatmeal;

● Beverages: Since PS is an active substance, it is recommended to be added to functional beverages;

● Milk: It can enter the fat droplets of milk, avoiding the hydrolysis reaction of PS, and has good stability;

● Yogurt: After pasteurization of PS-enhanced drinking yogurt, there is no content loss during the entire validity period, which shows that PS has strong stability in yogurt;

● Milk powder: PS can be added to adult milk powder and elderly milk powder, and has strong stability;
