Production Process:

That is our soy isoflavones production process as following. It includes raw material preparation, extraction, separation and purification, drying, packaging and other steps.

1. Raw material preparation

- Raw material selection:

Guanjie Biotech selects fresh, pest-free, mould-free soybeans as raw materials. Soybean variety, origin, maturity and other factors will affect its isoflavone content. Therefore, high quality soybean varieties should be selected.

- Washing:

Soak the soybeans in water to remove silt, contaminants, and pesticide residues from the surface. The cleaned soybeans should be drained to prevent contamination during later processing.

- Crushing:

The cleaned soybeans are crushed. The crushing process should control the degree of crushing to avoid excessive crushing.

 

2. Extraction

- Solvent selection:

Guanjie Biotech chose ethanol and methanol solvents. These solvents have a high solubility for soy isoflavone powder and are easy to recycle and refill.

3. Separation and purification

- Filtration:

The extract is filtered to remove the solid impurities. Filtering process can be used filter paper, filter cloth and other filter materials.

 

- Concentration:

Concentration of the extract after filtration to remove water and impurities in the solvent. Concentration methods include heating evaporation, evaporation under reduced pressure. - Separation and purification:
