Synthetic method:

1000mL of 25% aqueous gluconic acid solution was heated to a boil, and solid magnesium carbonate powder was added in batches under constant stirring until the pH of the solution was maintained close to 7, and then stirred for a second to complete the reaction. Then an appropriate amount of activated carbon was added for decolorization. When the filtrate is slightly cold, the equal volume of 95% ethanol is added, and a large amount of white magnesium gluconate solid is precipitated immediately. After filtration, the product is dried under vacuum under 100℃ to have two crystalline water.

Identify：

● Take about 0.5g of this product and put it in a test tube, add 5ml water to dissolve it. Add glacial acetic acid 0.7ml and freshly distilled phenylhydrazine 1ml, put on the water bath heating 30 minutes, let cool, with a glass rod friction tube inner wall, gradually produce yellow crystals.

● Take about 0.1g of this product, add 5ml of water to dissolve, add 1 drop of ferric chloride test solution to show dark yellow.

● Take about 0.1g of this product, add 1ml of water to dissolve it, add a little ammonium chloride, and neutralize it with ammonium carbonate reagent.

Main function:

Contraindication：

(1) Patients with renal insufficiency, hypotension and respiratory depression should not be used.

Matters need attention：
