1.Promote circulation

Ginkgo Biloba Extract Powder, an extract of Ginkgo biloba, stimulates the circulation of both the brain and the limbs of the body. One of the main health benefits of Ginkgo biloba P.E. is the inhibition of a substance called platelet activating factor (PAF), a mediator released from cells that causes platelets to clump together (clump together). High levels of PAF can cause nerve cell damage, decreased blood flow to the central nervous system, inflammation, and bronchoconstriction. Much like free radicals, high PAF levels can also lead to aging. Ginkgolide and bilobalide protect nerve cells in the central nervous system from damage during periods of ischemia (lack of oxygen to tissues in the body). This function may be useful in adjuvant therapy for patients suffering from stroke. In addition to inhibiting platelet adhesion, Ginkgo biloba extract regulates vascular tone and elasticity. In other words, it makes blood vessel circulation more efficient. This circulatory efficiency-enhancing effect affects both the large blood vessels (arteries) and the smaller blood vessels (capillaries) in the circulatory system.

It may exert antioxidant properties in the brain, eye retina and cardiovascular system. Despite the scientific flaws in many clinical trials, evidence that ginkgo may increase thinking, learning and memory in Alzheimer's patients is still highly anticipated.

5.Mediation of unhappiness before menstruation

A double-blind, controlled placebo study evaluating the benefits of Ginkgo biloba P.E., an extract of Ginkgo biloba, in women with premenstrual discomfort symptoms, including 143 women aged 18-45, followed by two menstrual cycles. Each woman received Ginkgo biloba P.E. (80 mg twice daily) or placebo on Day 16 of the first cycle, and treatment continued until Day 5 of the next cycle, and during that cycle restarted on day 16. The results are impressive. Compared with placebo, ginkgo significantly reduced the main signs of premenstrual discomfort symptoms, especially breast pain and emotional instability.

6. Improve sexual function

Although there is no double-blind trial basis for this function, case reports and open-label studies suggest that Ginkgo biloba can improve sexual dysfunction caused by polozac and other antidepressants.

7.Regulate eye problems

The flavonoids in ginkgo may stop or ease some retinopathy. There are many possible causes of retinal damage, including diabetes and macular degeneration. Maculopathy (commonly referred to as age-related macular degeneration or ARMD) is a progressive degenerative eye disease that tends to occur in older adults. It is the leading cause of blindness in the United States. Research suggests that ginkgo may help preserve vision in people with ARMD.

Dosage: The prevailing opinion is that a dose of 120-160ml per day is appropriate for the treatment of terminal microcirculation problems including vertigo, tinnitus and intermittent claudication. For dementia, mild depression and cognitive enhancement, higher doses (approximately 240mg/day) may be used. For best results, the daily dose is generally divided into 2-3 doses. The criteria for validating the use of the extract is that it contains at least 24% ginkgo flavonoid glycosides and 6% terpene lactones - as this is the level at which the extract has shown substantial efficacy in each clinical trial.
