Preparation method of Phloretin Powder:

1. Enrichment and isolation of bacteria

3.Biotransformation of phloside 

Microbial enzyme culture with 4 layers of gauze filtration filtrate is crude enzyme liquid. 50ml crude enzyme solution was put into 250ml triangular bottle, and rhizoside 10g/L solution prepared with methanol was added into the crude enzyme solution. The solution was oscillated and transformed at 250r/min at 30 ° C for 8-15h.

1.Antioxidant and anti-free radical effects
