Main ingredients

● Dietary fiber

The Plantain seed is 80% FIBER (70% OF which is soluble fiber). The bran of other fiber-rich grains, such as oats and wheat is only 15% fiber respectively. The soluble fiber in the outer shell of plantain is a kind of Mucilage (Mucilage). Mucilage is composed of gum aldose, xylose, semi-latex uronic acid, semi-dry fatty oil and a small amount of Aucubine.

 

● Other nutrients

Psyllium Husk Powder mainly includes glucoside, protein, polysaccharide, vitamin B1 and choline.

 

Function:

● Lose weight. 

As the shell contains rich water-soluble fiber, it will expand to form dozens of times of gel mass when exposed to water. It can increase the feeling of satiety, but does not provide heat and reduce the caloric intake.

 

● Promote the speed of defecation.

The seed of Psyllium is the available part. And the active ingredient is the polysaccharide molecule in the seed shell, called Arabynoxylan. This very special polysaccharide molecule absorbs water very quickly, forming a transparent paste. Water absorption in the small intestine forms mushy masses, which can improve the lubrication conditions between feces and the intestinal wall and promote the speed of defecation.
