2. Experimental method:
• Spreading agent: chloroform: glacial acetic acid: pure water = 8:15:0.5 mixed.
• Sample preparation:
①Test solution 1: accurately weigh the sample 0.40g Cholic Acid Powder, use solution A <1> solvent and fix the volume to 10ml.(40mg/ml)
②Test solution 2: Take 1ml of test solution 1 and dilute to 10ml.(4mg/ml)
• Preparation of standard solution
①Standard solution 1 (confirm CDCA): weigh 40mg (mg) of CDCA standard, dissolve with solution A and fix the volume to 10ml.(4mg/ml)
②Standard solution 2 (confirm LCA): Weigh 20mg (mg) of Lithophanic acid sample, dissolve with solution A, and fix the volume to 10ml. take 2ml of this solution in a 100ml volumetric flask, and fix the volume with solution A to the marker line. (40μg/ml)
• Experimental conditions

②Color developer: phosphomolybdic acid: ethanol = 1:5

• Experimental method
① Put the standard solution to be examined in order on the TLC plate, using 5μl spotting tube to spot the plate.
②Put into a chromatography cylinder filled with saturated vapor of unfolding agent for unfolding. (about 1.5h).
③Dry in an oven (about 120℃) after unfolding for about 30 minutes
④After spraying the color developer evenly onto the TLC plate, dry it in an oven (about 120℃) for about 2~3 minutes and analyze the results.
