2. Sunflower Lecithin

Sunflower lecithin powder bulk and sunflower lecithin liquid bulk are a phospholipid contained in a kind of sunflower seed, can be used as a dispersant,wetting agent and emulsifier. Sunflower phospholipid/ lecithin powder sunflower is mostly organic,and does not involve transgene engineering. In addition,there are very few people allergic to this lecithin or with adverse reactions. From the view of nutrition, it is a emulsifier making food viscous;Because the stearic acid and linoleic acid in it are more when used as a nutritional health care products,there is a role in reducing cholesterol.
