Introduction:

Enzyme Powder Papain is a pure natural biological enzyme product extracted from the immature fruit of papaya plant using bioengineering technology. It is composed of 212 amino acids with molecular weight of 21000, it belongs to sulfhydryl (-SH) containing peptide chain endonuclease. And it can hydrolyze the carboxyl terminus of arginine and lysine in proteins and peptides, it has the activity of protease and esterase, a wider specificity, with strong enzymatic ability for animal and plant proteins, peptides, esters, amides, etc. Papain also has the ability to synthesize protein hydrolysates into protein-like substances again, This ability can be used to improve the nutritional value or functional properties of animal and plant proteins.

Conditions of use:

It can be used in pH range 3.5-9, optimum pH 5-7.

Its emperature range is 20-80℃ and optimum temperature is 55-60℃.

● Textile industry:
