•Raw material preparation: olive leaf screening
The production process starts with the purchase and screening of olive leaves. High-quality olive leaves are the basis for ensuring the purity and yield of oleanolic acid. The screening process mainly removes non-leaf parts such as impurities, branches, and mud.
•Crushing
The screened olive leaves enter the crushing stage. The purpose of crushing is to break the leaves into fine particles suitable for extraction, increase the surface area, and promote the dissolution of active ingredients in the subsequent alcohol extraction process.
•Alcohol extraction and water precipitation (alcohol extraction and water precipitation)
The crushed olive leaf powder is sent to the alcohol extraction stage. The extraction solvent we use is ethanol or ethanol-water mixed solvent. The alcohol extraction process is carried out at a certain temperature (such as 50-70℃) and time (several hours). Oleanolic acid and other active ingredients are dissolved using alcohol-soluble solvents.

•Recrystallization
