With black rice as the raw material, the finished product is extracted using water or edible alcohol and acid solution, filtered, refined, concentrated, dried, and spray-dried as black rice extract powder. ● Repeat the extraction process with the residue using fresh 500ml of 80% ethanol
● Filter the mixture and collect the filtrate
● Combine the two filtrates and evaporate the solvent using a rotary evaporator at 50°C
● Spray drying the resulting extract and storing it in a dry container until needed
