Pea starch is a carbohydrate . It consists mainly of glucose molecules. Each 100 grams of pea starch contains about 342 calories, 84.7 grams of carbohydrates, 0.6 grams of protein, 1.7 milligrams of iron, 3.4 milligrams of sodium, and small amounts of vitamins and minerals.
Production Process:
1. Soaking:
The selected corms are washed and soaked in warm water at 35-45°C for 6-10 hours, until the corms can be peeled off by hand squeezing and are easily crushed. 2. Grinding: The soaked corms are added to water 4-5 times and then ground. 3.

6、Dewatering and drying:
High-quality starch milk flows into the starch milk tank of the vacuum dewatering machine, which is equipped with a stirring device to prevent starch from settling.
7. Turning.
The machine rotates slowly at about one revolution per minute, and when it reaches the starch adsorption area, the starch is adsorbed onto the surface of the filter cloth of the machine by the internal vacuum, scraped off by a scraper, and then falls into the screw conveyor trough, where it is transported to the drying equipment for drying and packaging of the starch.
