Brief Introduction

Puerarin Powder refers to Pueraria Mirifica as raw material. As needed for the end product usage. It undergoes an extraction and separation process to obtain or concentrate one or more components of the plant in a targeted manner, without changing the original composition of the plant. The main active ingredients of Pueraria Mirifica extract are Puerarin and Isoflavones.

Production process

Guanjie Biotech is a puerarin Powder supplier, we use water extraction as follows.

1. Raw material preparation

Select qualified Pueraria Mirifica slices and crush them with crusher to prepare for feeding.

 

2. Extraction production

Extract the crushed raw materials with water once, then add 75% ethanol (3-5 times the amount of ethanol for raw materials) in the extraction tank through the steam so that the ethanol boiling and extraction, repeatedly extract twice after the removal of kudzu dregs to extract alcohol liquid, the extracted liquid is concentrated to a thick paste placed for use.

 

3. Purification

Add 15 times the amount of ethanol to the extracted thick paste, and put the mixed solution into the extraction tube to remove the insoluble impurities in the extract, then concentrate the ethanol to thick paste, and recover the ethanol. The extracted thick paste of Pueraria Mirifica extract is added with appropriate amount of ice acetic acid, crystallized at room temperature for 48 hours and then extracted and separated for examination, if the content is not enough, the paste is purified again by dissolving the crystals with ice acetic acid, and the extracted paste is separated by centrifugation.

 

4. Drying and packing

The separated thick paste will be sent into the fine drying package weighing tray into the box 110 degrees below the vacuum drying, both containing more than 60 kudzu flavonoids.
